Everyone was busy with something. Some of worked from home happily in our pyjamas (Amanda!), having babies (Amanda again!) or writing papers (seriously, Amanda?); Moritz graduated (yay!), as did Aaron (yay again)!
Aileen completed her differentiation interview successfully and caught up on literature while enjoying the sun, Gloria found a second calling and made fantastic crochet toys (I am still waiting for my owl...). Amy and Tamara recorded, submitted and passed their presentations for their Masters projects. Tamara also reinvented herself as bioinformatician while spending time with her horse; Aaron found more time for cycling and I found more time for gardening...
We missed the chatter, laughs and shared moans... some birthday cakes
and seeing each other, but kept group meetings, journal clubs... and did lots of writing (or was that just me?)
